单侧截肢患者采用个体化护理对生活质量的影响观察

Effect of Individualized Nursing on Quality of Life in Patients withUnilateral Amputation

目的：观察个体化护理措施对单侧截肢患者生活质量的影响.方法：选取我院2015年10月~2016年10月收治的单侧截肢患者34例,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各17例,对照组患者采取常规护理干预措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上加个体化护理干预措施.利用生活质量评分量表对2组患者护理干预后的各项生活质量指标进行评分,并比较2组患者间的护理满意度、护理依从率和护理舒适度.结果：2组患者间生活质量各项指标评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组患者的护理满意度、护理依从率和护理舒适度比较差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组患者骨痂出现所用时间以及肿胀消退所用时间都明显比对照组要短,对比差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：在常规护理干预的基础上采取个体化护理干预措施,可有效提高单侧截肢患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective： To observe the effect of individualized nursing measures on the quality of life of patients with unilateral amputa- tion. Methods： 34 cases of unilateral amputation in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 17 cases in each group, respectively, marked as the observation group and the control group. The control group was taken with routine nursing intervention, the observation group of patients taking individualized nursing intervention measures on the basis of rou- tine nursing, the score of the table are indicators of the quality of life of two groups of patients after nursing intervention by quality of life scale, and compare the two groups of patients, nursing satisfaction between nursing and nursing comfort compliance rate. Results： Two groups of patients with various indicators of quality of life score difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there were significant nursing care satisfaction, compliance rate and nursing care of two patients with comfort difference （ P 〈 0.05）. In the observation group, the time and the time of the occurrence of callus were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： On the basis of routine nursing intervention, individualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the quali- ty of life of patients with unilateral amputation, and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
