肾上腺皮质激素在呼吸道疾病临床治疗中的应用价值

Value of Adrenocorticotropic Hormone in the Clinical Treatment of Respiratory Diseases

目的:研究肾上腺皮质激素对呼吸内科的影响,以及对其作用效果进行分析评价。方法:选取梅州市妇女儿童医院2011年2月至2014年2月接收治疗的支气管哮喘患者、支气管炎患者以及慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,每种疾病均有50例,将3种疾病的患者利用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组两组,对照组内患者提供一般的治疗方法,而观察组内患者则在对照组治疗方法的基础上增加肾上腺素皮质激素进行治疗,之后对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:比较两组患者的肺部改善状况,观察组患者病情的好转程度高于对照组患者。结论:为呼吸内科疾病患者提供肾上皮质激素治疗能够有效的缓解患者病情,效果优良,且用药后患者出现头晕、目眩、口咽发干等副作用的概率较小。

Objective To study the effect of adrenocorticotropic hormone on respiratory medicine, and its effect analysis and evaluation. Method In the patients with bronchial asthma, bronchitis patients and patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） who received treatment from February 2011 to February 2014, the number of patients in each group was 50. Patients with three diseases were classified by random number method. The patients were divided into two groups： observation group and control group（ n = 75）. The number of patients was 25. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The observation group increased the adrenaline corticosteroids on the basis of the control group, and compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after 6 months of treatment, the treatment effect is significant, after comparing the two groups of patients with lung disease improvement status, observation group of patients with improved condition than the control group of patients. Conclusion Respiratory medical patients with renal corticosteroid therapy can promote patient remission.
