心身整合行为技术对社区高血压患者的干预研究

Study of Intervention on Community Hypertension by Psychosomatic Integration Behavioral Technique

目的:探讨心身整合行为技术对社区高血压病患者的干预效果和作用机理。方法:在赤岗街道选取三个社区,其中两个社区开展心身整合干预为观察组,一个社区不做任何干预为对照组,干预10周后测定评估血压、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α等指标。结果:观察组20例,对照组11例,观察组干预后较干预前收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组较对照组SBP与DBP均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组的超敏C反应蛋白较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α较对照组降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:10周的心身整合行为干预对于社区高血压有一定的改善作用,且可能通过降低超敏C反应蛋白等炎性因子而发挥作用。

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of the psychosomatic integration behavioral technique on community hypertension patients. Methods In the Chigang street, three communities were selected. Two of the communities were treated with psychosomatic intervention for the observation group. One community did not make any intervention as the control group. After 10 weeks of intervention, blood pressure, hypersensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）, tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and other indicators. Results 20 cases in the observation group and 11 cases in the control group, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower in the observation group than in the intervention group（P 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The hs-CRP of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The TNF-α of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion 10 weeks of psychosomatic behavioral interventions have a certain effect on community hypertension, and may play a role by reducing the inflammatory factors such as hypersensitive C-reactive protein.
