一测多评法测定补肾强身制剂中淫羊藿苷与朝藿定C的含量

Determination of Icariine and Epimedin C in Bushen Qiangshen Preparations by Quantitative Analysis of Multi-components by Single-marker

目的建立补肾强身制剂中淫羊藿苷与朝藿定C的一测多评法。方法建立HPLC法测定淫羊藿苷与朝藿定C间的相对校正因子,并应用于补肾强身制剂,比较计算值与测得值的差异。结果用一测多评法对6批样品中淫羊藿苷与朝藿定C进行测定,与外标法实测值基本一致。结论该方法可靠,结果准确,可用于补肾强身制剂质量控制。

Objective To establish a method of quantitative analysis of multi components by single marker （QAMS） to determine icariine and epimedin C in Bushen Qiangshen preparations. Methods An HPLC method was developed as QAMS.Icariine as the internal reference substance,and the relative coffee tion factor of chrysophanol was determined by HPLC. The contents of the components in six batches of samples were determined by both QAMS and external standard method. Results No significant difference was observed between the quantitative results from QAMS method and those from external standard meth od.Conclusion This method can be used for quality control of 13ushen Qiangshen preparations.
