腺苷钴胺临床使用合理性分析

目的了解解放军307医院住院患者使用腺苷钴胺的情况,评价其用药合理性。方法每月对使用腺苷钴胺的住院病历进行全样本实时点评,并将点评结果及时反馈至临床科室。结果该院腺苷钴胺在临床使用中存在不合理现象,经临床药师点评干预反馈后,合理率较前明显提高。结论通过临床药师的点评干预工作,规范医师用药行为,提高了合理用药水平。

Objective To find out more about cobamamide application in our hospital and evaluate rationality of use.Methods The case histories of cobamamide use were reviewed in realtime every mon The results were reported back to clinical departments without delay. Results There were some cases its th. cohamamide misuse in clinical practice. After clinical pharmacists＂ intervention, the use of cobamamide became more rational. Conclusion Through the review and intervention by clinical pharmacists, the way physicians use this drug has become standardized, and the level of rational drug use has been improved.
