摘要
随着中国高速铁路的不断发展,高速铁路运行时速、票价等问题受到越来越多学者的关注。本文在分析了相关铁路票价制定的模型和方法后,提出基于时间价值的中国高速铁路票价制定的双层规划模型,并以我国中西部地区郑西高速铁路为实证研究对象,验证了模型的合理性。研究得出:郑西高速铁路目前的票价在合理范围内,一定程度的上浮也在中高收入水平出行者的承受范围之内。高速铁路票价制定的合理性研究,有利于促进铁路运输部门服务质量的提升,也有利于引导消费者科学理性地选择出行方式。
With the development of high speed railway in China, High-speed railway running speed, fares get more and more attention from scholars. In this paper, On the basis of analyzing the related railway ticket prices set model and method,A pricing model is given based on the travel time value and double-layer planning idea, Chosen the Zhengzhou-Xi'an high speed railway in China Mid-West as the object of empirical study, Verified the rationality of the model. The research shows: The price of Zhengzhou-Xi'an high speed railway is in the reasonable range, a degree of buoyancy is also has a high income level people's affordable. The rationality of the ticket pricing research for railway transportation enterprise to improve passenger service quality, guide the passenger travel choice way has great significance.
