摘要
在"互联网+"时代下,多家公司依托移动互联网建立了打车软件服务平台,实现了乘客与出租车司机之间的信息互通,提高了出租车使用效率,但"打车难"问题依旧存在。针对这一问题,首先采用模糊综合评价模型构造"供求匹配"指标得出西安的出租车供求平衡情况;其次通过应用多元回归模型,计算出西安市高峰期与非高峰期时的出租车供求比;最后以滴滴、快的打车软件为例提出补贴方案,为政府及职能部门制定相关补贴政策提供了理论依据。
In the Internet plus era, a lot of companies rely on the mobile Internet to build a taxi software service platform to achieve information exchange between passengers and taxi drivers to improve the efficiency of the use of the taxi. But "taxi ride" problem still exists. Concerning this issue, we first use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to construct the "supply and demand matching" index to get the balance of supply and demand of taxi in Xi' an. Secondly, we use the multiple regression model to calculate the supply and demand ratio of taxi in peak and non-peak period in Xi'an. Finally, this paper puts forward the subsidy scheme of Didi and Kuaidi as an example, and provides the theoretical basis for the government and the functional departments to formulate the relevant subsidy policy.
