单纯鼾症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者中医体质分布的临床分析

Distribution of TCM constitutions in patients with simple snoring and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome:a clinical analysis

目的:比较单纯鼾症与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者中医体质分布的特点,旨在探索OSAHS的中医辨证分型,探寻无创、简易、方便的OSAHS初筛方法。方法:采用多导睡眠图监测,将符合要求的150例患者随机分为单纯鼾症组50例和OSAHS组100例。通过问卷调查及中医体质量表测评的方式,收集2组患者年龄、性别、体质类别等基本资料,最后对2组中医体质分布做统计学分析。结果:从年龄和性别方面看,OSAHS组平均年龄>单纯鼾症组,且男性人数多于单纯鼾症组;从体质分布来看,2组痰湿质、湿热质、气虚质、气郁质及其他体质分布情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过比较2组体质分布情况,明确痰湿质、湿热质、气虚质、气郁质4种体质为单纯鼾症与OSAHS的主要体质类型,其他5种体质不常见,据此可将体质量表作为二者初筛的参考工具。

Objective： To compare the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） constitutions between patients with simple snoring and those with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（ OSAHS）,and to explore the TCM syndrome differentiation in OSAHS,as well as the noninvasive,simple,and convenient method for primary screening for OSAHS. Methods： According to the results of polysomnographic monitoring,150 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into simple snoring group（ n = 50） and OSAHS group（ n = 100）. Questionnaire survey and Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire were used to collect the general data of all patients,including age,sex,constitution types,and statistical analysis was performed on the distribution of TCM constitutions in the two groups. Results： Compared with the simple snoring group,the OSAHS group had significantly higher mean age and number of male patients. There was no significant difference in the distribution of phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,qi-stagnation constitution,and other constitutions between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with simple snoring and OSAHS,the main constitution types are phlegm-dampness constitution,damp-heat constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,and qi-stagnation constitution,and the other five constitution types are not common. Therefore,the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire can be used as a reference for primary screening for simple snoring and OSAHS.
