论深圳市拍卖行业发展现状及行政监管研究

The Research of Present Situation of Auction Industry in Shenzhen and Its Administrative Regulation

随着经济的不断发展,深圳市拍卖行业发展已经取得了长足的进步,其应用的范围已经深入到各种领域之中。同时,伴随着拍卖行业的发展,不诚信交易等各种问题层出不穷,政府职能部门对其实施行政监管的必要性凸显。本文主要以深圳市拍卖行业发展现状及行政监管为研究主题,在对其现状进行分析的基础上,对行政监管提出了建议,希望能够为相关部门提供参考和借鉴。

With the development of the economy, the auction industry in Shenzhen has made great progress,which has been applied in various kinds of areas. Meanwhile, with the development of auction industry, all sorts of problems such as dishonest transaction emerge endlessly. Government functional departments should im-plement administrative supervision on auction industry in Shenzhen. Its necessity is highlighted. In this ar-ticle, the main research topic is the research of present situation of auction industry in Shenzhen and its ad-ministrative regulation. On the basis of analysis of the present situation, the suggestion on administrative supervision on auction industry in Shenzhen is proposed. We hope that it can be used to provide a reference for government functional departments.
