摘要
目的研究中学生成瘾性药品滥用倾向性的影响因素,提出有效预防中学生成瘾性药品滥用的具体措施,为中学生成瘾性药品滥用干预工作提供借鉴经验。方法选取广州市6个市辖区的普通中学初一初二、高一高二4个年级的学生开展问卷调查,收回870份调查问卷,整理数据,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析发现中学生成瘾性药品滥用倾向性较大的情形分别为:男生,初中生,父亲职业为医务人员、公司职员、农民,居住地在县城及非独生子女;影响因素包括成瘾性药品认知,自我控制力,对待成瘾性药品态度,交友观和家庭因素;多因素分析发现:男生,成瘾性药品认知,自我控制力,对待成瘾性药品态度,交友观和家庭因素对中学生成瘾性药品滥用倾向性影响较大。结论成瘾性药品滥用是多种因素共同作用的结果,需提高中学生对成瘾性药品认知水平及自我控制力,端正对成瘾性药品的正确态度,树立正确的交友观,联合家庭多项措施共同开展。
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this article is studying the influence factors of addictive drug abuse among middle school students. Put forward the specific measures to prevent the abuse of addictive drugs,and provide some experience for the interventions work of the abuse of high school students. METHODS 870 of middle school students,who come from the first and second grade of junior or senior middle school students in 6 municipal district in Guangzhou,were selected and a questionnaire was carried out. The results were collected and analyzed by single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analysis. RESULTS The single factor analysis showed that students' addiction to drug abuse tendency in the case were respectively: male,junior school students,father's occupation for medical staff,company workers,farmers,residences in the country and non-only child. The influencing factors included addictive drug cognitive,self-control,attitudes toward addictive drugs,friendships and family factors. And multivariate analysis showed that males,addictive drug cognitive,self-control,attitudes toward addictive drugs,friendships and the family factors were larger against addictive drugs among middle school students. CONCLUSION The abuse of addictive drugs is the result of the combined effect of various factors. It is necessary to improve middle school students' cognitive level and self-control of them,to strengthen the right attitude towards addictive drugs and make a correct view of friends,and to carry out measures with families.
