10种维吾尔药微生物限度检查方法及探讨

Investigation of Microorganism Limited Inspecting Method on Ten Kinds of Uighur Drugs

目的:建立10种维吾尔药的微生物限度检查方法。方法:对10种维吾尔药进行需氧菌、霉菌和酵母菌计数方法的适用性试验及控制菌检查方法的适用性试验。结果:需氧菌、霉菌和酵母菌计数方法的适用性试验中,按平皿法,供试液制备为1∶10时,依提尔菲力艾皮提蒙蜜膏、复方沙拉吉提丸、开胃加瓦日西阿米勒蜜膏、依提尔菲力吾斯提库都斯蜜膏、复方苏拉甫蜜膏、穆派日克力甫蜜膏的回收比在0.5~2范围内,无明显抑菌现象;而再尔吾尼蜜膏、罗补甫艾斯热蜜膏对枯草芽孢杆菌,加瓦日西安比尔蜜膏、加瓦日西卡尼沙蜜膏对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有不同程度的抑菌作用,但可通过制成1∶100的供试液按平皿法消除抑菌作用。采用直接接种法进行10种维吾尔药的控制菌检查,菌株正常生长,10种维吾尔药对上述细菌无抑制作用。结论:依提尔菲力艾皮提蒙蜜膏、复方沙拉吉提丸、开胃加瓦日西阿米勒蜜膏、依提尔菲力吾斯提库都斯蜜膏、复方苏拉甫蜜膏、穆派日克力甫蜜膏可通过制备为1∶10的供试液、采用平皿法检验需氧菌;再尔吾尼蜜膏、罗补甫艾斯热蜜膏、加瓦日西安比尔蜜膏、加瓦日西卡尼沙蜜膏可通过制备为1∶100的供试液、采用平皿法检验需氧菌;10种维吾尔药均可通过制备为1∶10的供试液、采用平皿法检验霉菌和酵母菌;10种维吾尔药均可采用直接接种法检查控制菌。

OBJECTIVE： To establish the microorganism limited inspecting method on ten kinds of Uighur drugs.METHODS： Adaptability tests of aerobic bacteria,mold and yeast count methods and control bacteria examination methods were conducted on ten kinds of Uighur drugs. RESULTS： According to adaptability test of aerobic bacteria,mold and yeast count methods, there was no significant bacteriostatic phenomenon for Yiti ＇erfeili ＇ aipitimengmigao, Compound shalajitiwan,Kaiweijiawarixi＇amilemigao,Yiti＇erfeiliwusitikudusimigao,Compound sulafumigao and Mupair-ikelifumigao within recovery ratio of 0. 5-2 when the examine probational liquid of 1 ∶ 10. However,the Zai＇erwunimigao,Luobufu＇aisiremigao have different inhibitory effects on bacillus subtilis,while Jiawarixi＇anbi＇ermigao,Jiawarixikanishamigao have different inhibitory effects on bacillus subtilis staphylococcus aureus,which could be eliminated by the examine probational liquid of 1∶ 100. Direct inoculation method was adopted to examine control bacteria of ten kinds of Uighur drugs,strains were in normal growth,and ten kinds of Uighur drugs had no inhibition. CONCLUSIONS： Yiti＇erfeili＇aipitimengmigao,Compound shalajitiwan,Kaiweijiawarixi＇amilemigao,Yiti＇erfeiliwu-sitikudusimigao,Compound sulafumigao and Mupairikelifumigao can detect aerobic bacteria through preparation of the examine probational liquid of 1∶ 10 and plate method. And Zai＇erwunimigao,Luobufu＇aisiremigao,Jiawarixi＇anbi＇ermigao,Jiawarixikanishamigao can detect aerobic bacteria through preparation of the examine probational liquid of 1∶ 100 and plate method. Ten kinds of Uighur drugs can detect molds and yeast through preparation of the examine probational liquid of 1∶ 10 and plate method; ten kinds of Uighur drugs can detect the control bacteria by direct inoculation method.
