视频结合回馈教学应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸功能锻炼 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨视频结合回馈教学在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸功能锻炼中的应用及效果。方法采用便利抽样选取120例住院COPD患者为研究对象,按病区不同分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组按照常规健康教育方法指导患者呼吸功能锻炼,观察组采用视频结合回馈教学指导患者呼吸功能锻炼。结果出院前观察组呼吸功能锻炼依从性显著高于对照组;干预后7d、出院前COPD评估测试量表得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论视频结合回馈教学,可有效提高COPD患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性和生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of teach-back method combined with video assisted education on breathing exercises in pa tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Totally, 120 COPD patients hospitalized in respiratory depart ment were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the wards which they were admitted to, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received breathing exercises instructions based on conventional hcahh education model, while the observation group received breathing exercises instructions based on teach-back method combined with videos. Re- sults Before discharge, the compliance with breathing exercises in the observation group was higher than that in the control grou (P〈0.01 for both). At 7 days after the intervention and before discharge, the scores of COPD Assessment Tes in the obserwltion group were low than those in the control group (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Teach-back method combined with video assisted education can improve the compliance with breathing exercises and quality of life in patients with COPD.
