云南84个玉米杂交种的SSR遗传多样性分析 被引量:11

摘要 【目的】通过对云南84个玉米杂交种的遗传多样性进行分析,为云南玉米育种提供参考依据,提高育种效率。【方法】利用SSR分子标记技术和UPMGA方法对试验材料进行分析。【结果】筛选出均匀分布在玉米10条染色体上的61对SSR标记引物对供试材料进行SSR标记,共检测到622个等位基因变异,每对引物2~22个等位变异位点,平均为10.23个;每对引物的多态信息量(PIC)在0.324~0.920,平均为0.779,相似系数在0.662~0.918;以0.745为界,将84份供试杂交种划分为5大类群,以0.753为界,将类群Ⅰ划分为4个亚群,84.5%的杂交种均聚在类群Ⅰ。【结论】试验表明云南玉米杂交种遗传基础较狭窄,杂交种间具有同质化趋势。 [ Objective ] The objective of this study is to provide the reference, and to improve efficiency for Yunnan maize breeding through the analysis of genetic diversities of 84 maize hybrids in Yunnan. [ Method]The test materials were analyzed by SSR markers and UPMGA method. [ Result ] 61 pairs of primers which are uniformly distributed on 10 maize chromosomes were screened, totally 622 allelic variations were detected from the experimental materials by 8 % non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel and silver staining. Each primer pair amplified 2 - 22 variant alleles, with an average of 10.23. The polymorphism information content ( PIC ) values varied from 0. 324 to 0. 920, with an aver- age of 0. 779, and the genetic similarities were from 0. 662 to 0. 918. 84 hybrids were classified into five groups according to their genetic similarity by bounded coefficient of 0. 745, and the group one could be subdivided into 4 sub-groups by bounded coefficient of 0. 753 using UPMGA method, among which hybrids belonged to group one occupying 84.5 %. [ Conclusion ] The results show that the genetic basis of Yunnan maize hybrids is relatively narrow, and there is homogeneity trend exist among hybrids.
