甘蔗与河八王杂交F_1对黑穗病的抗性鉴定与初步评价 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探明甘蔗与河八王杂交F_1品系对黑穗病的抗性水平,为筛选河八王亲本进行抗黑穗病育种提供理论依据。【方法】以广西蔗区甘蔗黑穗病混合孢子粉为接种源,采用人工浸渍接种与自然感病相结合的发法,对甘蔗与河八王杂交F_1与对照品种(系)共18个材料进行黑穗病抗性鉴定。通过潜伏期、接种发病率、自然发病率,结合标准对照种的抗性表现,评价参试品系的抗性,并采用系统聚类分析验证。【结果】抗性水平为高抗(HR)的品系有SNF_110-6-11、SNF_110-6-22、SNF_110-6-23,占16.67%;抗(R)品系有SNF_110-6-13、SNF_110-6-14、SNF_110-6-17、SNF_110-6-20,占22.22%;中抗(MR)品系有F_134、SNF_110-6-12、SNF_110-6-15,占16.67%;中感(MS)品系有NCo310、NCo376、SNF_110-6-21,占16.67%;感(S)品系有Ya71-374、ROC22、SNF_110-6-18,占16.7%。【结论】甘蔗与河八王杂交F_1品系对黑穗病的抗性较高,可作为甘蔗抗黑穗病育种亲本材料。 [ Objective] Resistance level of Hybrid FI which were cross-fertilized by Sugarcane and Narenga porphyrocoma (Hance) Bor. to smut disease was studied in order to provide reference for selecting the disease-resistant offsprings of Narenga porphyrocoma (Hance) Bor. to develop smut-resistant breeds. [ Method] Mixed spores of Ustilago scitaminea Sydow collected in the main sugarcane-planting areas in Guangxi Province were used as an inoculum. Dipping inoculation was carried out on 18 sugarcane varieties or clones. Natural incidence of smut was also investigated. Latent infection period, incidence and natural infection rate were investigated to evaluate the resistance of tested mate- rials to smut. [ Result ] SNF110-6-11, SNF110-6-22 and SNF1 10-6-23 were highly resistant to smut (HR) , accounting for 16.67 % ; SNF110-6-13, SNF110-6-14, SNF110-6-17 and SNF110-6-20 were of the resistance ( R), accounting for 22.22 % ; F134, SNF110-6-12 and SNF110-6-15 were of the middle resistance ( MR), accounting for 16.67 % ;NCo 310, NCo 376 and SNF110-6-21 were of the middle sensitivity to smut ( MS), accounting for 16.67 % ;Ya 71-374, ROC 22, and SNF110-6-18 were sensitive to smut ( S), accounting for 16. 67 %. [ Conclusion] Sugarcane × Narenga porphyrocoma (Hance) Bur. hybrid F1 were resistant to smut and could be used as smut resistant germplasm in sugarcane breeding.
