摘要
【目的】研究生物有机肥对香蕉植株生长及香蕉枯萎病防控的影响,为香蕉产业健康发展提供参考。【方法】采用盆栽试验方法,设置生物有机肥、有机肥和三元复合肥3个处理,以桂蕉1号作为供试植物,测定不同处理对香蕉植株生长和枯萎病病情指数的影响。【结果】研究发现,与对照相比,施用生物有机肥后香蕉植株株高、假茎围、地上部鲜重、地下部鲜重及全株鲜重分别显著增加20.0%、28.8%、94.4%、28.8%和56.8%,香蕉枯萎病病情指数显著降低27.29%,植株生长与病情指数存在负相关关系。【结论】生物有机肥可促进香蕉植株生长,降低病情指数,对香蕉枯萎病有较好的防效。
[ Objective] To provide a reference for the healthy development of banana industry, the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on plant growth and banana fusarium wilt control were studied. [ Method ] A pot experiment was carried out, three treatments including bio-organic fer- tilizer, organic fertilizer and the ternary compound fertilizer were arranged respectively, Gui Banana No. 1 was used as the tested plants, and the effect of different treatments on growth and disease index of banana fusarium wilt was measured. [ Result] The findings suggested that the plant height, stem girth, aboveground fresh weight, underground fresh weight and whole plant fresh weight of banana significantly increased 20.0 %, 28.8 %, 94.4 %, 28.8 % and 56.8 % than those of control after bio-organic fertilization while the banana fusarium wilt disease index reduced by 27.29 %. The plant growth showed a negative correlation with disease index. [ Conclusion] Bio-organic fertilizer promoted the growth and development of banana plants, reduced the disease index, and had a good control of banana fusarium wilt.
