发酵菜籽粕对生长猪生长性能、机体抗氧化及免疫功能的影响 被引量:22

摘要 【目的】本试验旨在研究发酵菜籽粕对生长猪生长性能、机体抗氧化和免疫功能的影响。【方法】选用健康、体重相近的杜×长×大三元杂交生长猪64头,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每重复4头猪。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加发酵菜籽粕等氮替代2.5%、5%、7.5%豆粕的试验日粮。预试期7 d,正试期31 d。【结果】(1)试验各组平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)均高于对照组,试验3组ADG、ADFI和试验2组ADFI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组生长猪料重比(F/G)无显著差异(P>0.05),试验3组F/G最低,较对照组低6.07%(P>0.05)。(2)试验3组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。各组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)试验3组血清免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组血清免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】综上所述,在本试验条件下,发酵菜籽粕可提高生长猪生长性能,改善机体的抗氧化与免疫功能,且等氮替代7.5%豆粕效果显著。 [ Objective ] The experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of fermented rapeseed meal on the performance, immunology and antioxidant function of growing pigs. [ Method] A total of 64 healthy crossbred ( Duroc ~ Landrace ~ Yorkshire) growing pigs with similar weight were randomly allotted to 4 dietary treatments with 4 replicates in each treatment and 4 pigs in each replicate. In 4 treatments, control group was corn-soybean basal diet, three experimental groups were fermented rapeseed meal replaced soybean meal in the basal diet at 2.5 % , 5 % ,7.5 % , respectively( each dietary treatment was isonitrogenous). [ Result] (i) The average daily gain (ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI) in experimental groups were higher than that in control group. ADG, ADFI in group 3 and ADFI in group 2 were significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 O. 05 ). There were no significant differences in ratio of feed to gain (F/G) among all treatment groups, but F/G in group 3 was the minimum, 6.07 % lower than the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). (ii) The serum superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity and total antioxidant capability(T-AOC) in group 3 were significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 ), the serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content was significantly lower than that in control group( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differ- enees in serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT) activity among all groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). (iii) The serum immunoglobulin A ( IgA), immunoglobulin G(IgG) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) contents in group 3 were significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no significant differences in serum immunoglobulin M (IgM) , interleukin-1 ( IL-1 ) ,inter]eukin-6 (IL-6) and tumour necrosis factor-σ (TNF-σ) contents among all groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] In conclusion, under the condition of this trial, the fermented rapeseed meal can improve the performance, an- tioxidant and immunology function of growing pigs, and its optimal replacement level was 7.5 %.
