本文以从电力系统中退出的具有若干运行年限的10 kV真空断路器为研究对象,通过回路电阻测量、开断关合电流试验、耐压和局放试验等,获得了断路器的局放TEV数值等一系列很有价值的数据。在对试验现象和试验数据进行整理分析后得出:断路器和灭弧室的耐压性能没有下降,采用TEV测量方法能够发现由断路器一次回路元件松动引起的局放异常,是一种方便快捷、具有有效捕捉能力的方法;灭弧室真空度已有下降但尚未对耐压和开断能力造成影响;断路器一次回路完整性未遭破坏,依然具有正常通流能力,其开断能力也能够满足要求。
