本文描述了一起220 kV线路保护充电灯不亮的缺陷,对保护装置重合闸闭锁回路进行分析,判断出测控中间继电器处于复归状态,导致操作箱中间继电器闭锁重合闸,是本次缺陷的主要原因。结合缺陷处理过程,提出了缺陷处理的建议,进一步提高缺陷处理的成功率,保障电网安全稳定运行。

This paper describes a 220kV line fault about the reclosing charging light does not work, through analyzing the reclosing locking loop, this paper points out the main reason of the fault is that intermediate relay of the measurement and control unit in the reset state,leading to the operation box intermediate relay locking reclosing. In order to improve the improve the fault treatment success rate, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the further work, which further guarantees the stable and safe operation ofpower system.
