摘要 为使氨法净化硫酸尾气后其污染物排放浓度达到国家发展和改革委员会规定的新的环保限值要求,通过调整氨法脱硫工艺的吸收剂加入方式、加入位置,预脱硫塔、脱硫塔空塔气速、除雾方式等措施,实现了净化后硫酸尾气中的污染物浓度超低排放,且采用氨法脱硫工艺净化硫酸尾气在经济上能达到收支基本平衡。 In order to make sure the pollutant emission concentration after purification of sulfuric acid tailgas through ammonia-process will meet the new environmental limit stipulated by the National Development and Reform Commission,ultra-low emission of pollutants in the purified sulfuric acid tailgas is achieved through measures including adjusting the charging method for absorbent in the ammonia-process desulfurization,the charging location,the gas velocity in the pre-desulfurization tower,the desulfurization tower,and the mist elimination method. And economically,the ammonia-process desulfurization process can achieve balance in investment and return.
