磷酸铵料浆过滤净化技术研究

Study of Ammonium Phosphate Slurry Filtration Purification Technology

集过滤、排渣及清洗等工序于一体的磷酸铵料浆自动反洗表面过滤净化装置可将磷酸铵料浆中杂质如磷石膏、金属络合物及硅胶等固体不溶物过滤除去。该过滤净化装置通过集成控制系统设定滤渣自动反冲周期,以60~80℃、w(Na OH)为10%~20%的溶液作为过滤净化装置清洗液,通过静止浸泡滤袋30 min,再辅助曝气系统,以0.2 MPa压缩空气通入过滤装置筒体底部,曝气时间1.5 h,实现滤膜周期性再生。

Combined with filtration,sludge discharge and cleaning,the automatic back wash surface filtration purification device for ammonium phosphate slurry can remove impurities like phosphogypsum,metal complex and solid insolubles like silica gel from the ammonium phosphate slurry. By setting the automatic filtration sludge backwash cycle through the integrated control system,the filtration purification device uses solution at 60 ~ 80 ℃ with w( NaOH) at 10% ~ 20% as cleaning solution,through static submerging of the filtration bag for 30 min,and aided by the aeration system,cyclic regeneration of filtration film is achieved with 0.2 MPa compressed air blowing into the bottom of the filtration barrel,with an aeration duration of 1.5 h.
