摘要
研究了以氨和磷酸脲为原料制备工业级磷酸二氢铵的过程,通过实验研究了磷酸脲初始浓度、氨与磷酸脲的摩尔比、反应温度以及洗水量等因素对磷酸二氢铵产品的影响,得出其最优工艺参数:磷酸脲的初始浓度为65%、氨与磷酸脲的摩尔比为1.2、反应温度为80℃,反应10 min后,冷却结晶至45℃后过滤,少量水洗涤后,磷酸二氢铵的收率为78%,产品质量符合工业级一等品标准。
The process for making industrial grade MAP with ammonia and urea phosphate is studied. Through experimental research,the impact by factors like initial concentration of urea phosphate,molar ratio between ammonia and urea phosphate,reaction temperature and water washing volume on the MPA product is studied,and the optimal process parameters are obtained: initial concentration of urea phosphate is 65%,molar ratio between ammonia and urea phosphate is 1.2,reaction temperature is 80 ℃,after 10 min reaction,it is cooled and crystallized till 45 ℃ before filtration,after washing with a small amount of water,the yield of MAP is 78%,and the product quality meets the requirements for Grade Ⅰ industrial grade product.
