摘要
针对我国职业教育教师培训体系存在培训主体功能定位模糊、培训机构基础建设能力薄弱以及主体间联系松散等难题,集团化培训依托协同学作为其系统构建与组织运行的理论支撑,从体制机制改革层面提供了解决策略,彰显出以下特色:以人为本的建设目标,开放多元的组织体系,协同共建的运行机制及民主协商的保障措施。集团建设经验对推进我国职业教育教师培训领域协同创新,提升教师队伍专业化水平具有借鉴意义。
