Qingdao keyboard instrument comes from the spread of Western religious culture,the early church and church schools are the beginning of the development of keyboard instrument music culture. In this article,based on the historical data collected,I will take the social background between the late 19th and early20th to interpret that the Western keyboard instrument appeared firstly in Qingdao and its early application.
