社会的发展要求全民外语水平的提高,加强英语基础教育十分重要,对于职业学校的英语教师而言,要根据学校的专业特点,适度增加英语教学中的文化内涵,从而提高学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生的交际能力和文化修养。

Along with the development of our society, English level of the whole nation should be improved. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the education of basic English. As for English teachers in vocational school, it’s our responsibility to add the cultural connotation in language teaching on thea basis of majors and then it may be effective to attract students’ interests in English learning and to cultivate their communicative ability and cultural accomplishment.
