摘要
英语新课程以学生发展为本,倡导体验、实践、参与、交流与合作的学习方式,提倡"任务型"的教学思想,强调课程资源的开发与利用,这将改变教师的角色和教学方式。教师成为学生学习的组织者、参与者、帮助者、引导者、促进者,成为课程的研究者、开发者和决策者。对于实施新课程的教师,要掌握新的专业要求与技能,在课程改革中不断实现自我更新的专业成长。该文就新形势下外语教师专业化成长方式进行探讨,总结一些建设性意见,已达到举一反三的目的。
The new curriculum focuses on students' development,advocating the learning ways of experience,practice,participation,contact and cooperation.It suggests 'task-based' teaching concepts,emphasizing development and use of the course resources,which will change the teacher's roles and teaching methods.The teacher not only becomes organizer,participant,helper,director and facilitator,but also researcher,developer and decision-maker.The teacher shall master the new professional requirements and skills,and keep on self-renewed professional development.This paper discusses the ways for professional development of foreign language teachers under new situation and summarizes some constructive advice in order to draw inferences about other cases from one instance.
