On Effective ESP Classroom Management

课堂管理是对课堂诸因素进行有效的调控,采取合适的方式和策略,以师生互动为中介,促进课堂教学的顺利实施。在ESP课堂,有效课堂管理行为应该能促进师生之间、生生之间的互动、有利于学生自我控制能力的形成等,具体包括有效运用小组活动、促进课堂互动、合理编排座位与教师指令以及创设良好的课堂氛围。

Classroom management is meant by taking effective control of various elements in the classroom,taking proper measures and strategies to facilitate the implementation of classroom teaching and learning by means of teacher-student interaction.In ESP classroom,effective classroom management behaviours shall be able to facilitate the interaction between the teacher and students as well as among students,and the formation of students' self-control capabilities.In more concrete words,they shall consist of effective use of group works,active interactions,reasonable seating and teacher's instructions as well as good classroom climate.
