该文从剖析法律英语和英语法律之间的差异,以及法律英语教学中所面临的实际问题入手,结合高校法律英语的实践教学情况,旨在探索出提升法律英语翻译能力的新路径,从而满足涉外法律专业人才的需求。
This article begains from analyzing the difference between legal English and English law, and the practical problems faced in teaching. Connected with the practical teaching of legal English, this article aims to find out a new way of improving the translation ability of legal English and satisfy the need for legal English majors.
