摘要
教师专业化发展和教学质量的提高是当前高校外语教改的重要任务。在分析"学评教"存在的问题、阐述教师专业化发展和反馈的基础上,文章提出了通过学生快速反馈、教师同伴反馈和自我反馈等策略,促进教师专业发展。
Teachers' professional development and improvement of college English teaching are very important tasks.After analyzing the issues about 'students evaluating teaching' and interpreting the concepts of teachers' professional development and feedback,this article raises multi-feedback to promote teachers' development.
