在多年的教学中作者体会到,要做好英语教学,主要是要注重学生以下能力的培养:即听、说、读、写能力的培养,要达到学生能灵活、熟练的用英语交流和工作,这就是英语教学的最终目的。作者通过以下四个方面培养学生的这四种能力。

In the many years of teaching experience that to do a good job teaching English,mainly to pay attention to the students the following abilities:listening,speaking,reading and writing abilities,be flexible to reach students,skilled to communicate in English and work,this is the ultimate goal of English teaching. Of students through the following four aspects of these four capabilities.
