摘要
旅游业的迅速发展对全球经济文化产生了巨大影响,旅游翻译的地位也逐渐提高。汉英旅游文本在各自的语言风格和表现手法上均有所不同,这反映出两种不同的文化心理和审美习惯。该文试图从功能目的论的角度结合具体的实例对汉英旅游翻译进行分析,以阐明艺术美在旅游翻译中的重要性。
The rapid development of the tourism industry has a tremendous influence on the global economy,thus the status of tourism translation is improving gradually. The language styles and representations of Chinese and English tourism texts are different,reflecting two different kinds of cultural psychology and aesthetic habits. Combining with some specific examples,this paper tries to analyze Chinese-English tourism translation from the perspective of Skopos Theory,as to clarify the importance of artistic beauty in tourism translation.
