摘要 This paper mainly discusses how to form a successful research team of English teaching by setting the author's own research team as an example.In the author's opinion,there are four steps to form a successful research team:forming,storming,norming,and performing.The author also believes that their successful experiences can also be applied to improve the students' other English skills,such as speaking.
