针对山寨英文歌曲走红网络的现象,该文通过分析具体的实例,评述了山寨歌曲的问题。就歌曲翻译的本质而言,它既属于语言学、文学的范畴,更不能脱离音乐学的背景来研究。因此山寨英文歌曲不算是成功的翻译。同时,文章简要回顾了我国的歌曲翻译研究,认为与大量外国歌曲在我国的广泛流行形成鲜明对比的是我国目前歌曲翻译研究的薄弱,并进一步探讨了其未来的发展方向。

Foreign songs have been common in our life,but song translation is much neglected within translation studies.Considering the spread of song mistranslations on the website,the paper points out that they do not amount to qualified song translations through analyzing a specific case,for the interdisciplinary nature of song translation puts quite a high demand on the translator.After a review of the song translation studies in China,the author recommends that more attention be paid to the area and the realization of the potential of song translation lies in translators,literary scholars joining forces with lyricists.
