摘要
采用定量与定性相结合的方法对大学英语教师的职业认同感现状进行调查。结果表明:第一,男女教师的职业认同感水平无显著性差异;第二,重点大学教师的整体职业认同感水平高于一般大学教师;第三,教师职业认同感存在工作年限的显著性差异,表现为3年以内>3-5年>5-10年>10年以上的变化趋势;第四,教师职业认同感存在职称类型的显著性差异,表现为讲师>教授>副教授>助教以上的变化趋势。
To investigate English teachers' vocational identification in colleges with qualitative and quantitative analysis The results indicated: 1)There was no significant difference between male and female; 2)The level of key university teachers' vocational identification was higher that of non-key university; 3)There were significant differences in working periods,which showed the trend of within 3 years>3-5 year>5-10 year>beyond 10 years; 4)Differences of vocational identification existed conspicuously among students of different grades, The developmental tendency was as follows: docent>professor>associate professor>assistant.
