从翻译标准多元化看《送友人》英译

An Analysis of the English Versions of "Farewell to A Friend" in View of Plural Complementarism of Translation Standard

根据翻译标准多元互补理论,衡量译作的标准不应局限于固定一条,而应根据原作的文体形式,语言风格等因素进行变化。古诗的翻译标准尤其应该倡导多元化,译作的优劣应该从音韵,句法,意境翻译等方面的贴合度进行综合考量,以最佳近似度为原则,从各方面尽量接近原作。同时,试图通过这套理论,找出李白《送友人》三个英译本中最符合原诗的版本,证明在现今的多元化社会中,实行文学翻译标准的多元化有极其重要的指导意义。

According to the theory of Plural Complementarism of Translation Standard, there are more than one standard to evaluate the quality of the translated work. The standards vary in accordance with the literary forms and styles. The translation of Chinese poetry should take rhythm, rhetoric, mood of the poet into fully consideration, arousing similar reflection as readers reading the original version. The author tries to find out the best version by comparison and analysis of the three versions of the poem Farewell to a Friend, and prove that it is of great importance to follow the Plural Complementarism of Translation Standard in a diverse society.
