《麦克白》是莎士比亚四大悲剧最后一部,也是最为阴暗和血腥的一部。整部剧充满了叛逆、谋杀、野心和权欲。女巫在剧中发挥了重要作用。该文试图运用Grice会话含义理论分析女巫会话并重新审视女巫在剧中的作用。
Macbeth is the last of Shakespeare's four tragedies and the most gloomy and bloody one. The whole tragedy is full of rebellion, massacre, ambition and desire for power. Witches play a significant role in this play. This paper tries to make a discourse analysis of witches and reevaluate witches' functions.
