Teacher Talk of College English Class is very critical for teaching organization and the students' language acquisition, only through the perfect organization and impart of teacher talk can teaching contents achieve the ideal teaching effect. Knowing the situational context theory and its development process can help English teachers use teacher talk more reasonably and make teacher talk become a real art.
