However, we can develop a new way to observe the woman artist Lily, who is another protagonist other than Mrs. Ramsay in this novel, as the main point of view. This paper will focus on the journey of Lily's emotional maturity from the state of inferiority and nothingness to the completion of the very aim of her life.
