摘要 This article is to discuss the Coca-Cola's Huiyuan Group, the case of mergers. Coca-Cola Company today on the Ministry of Commerce to prohibit its acquisition of Huiyuan case issued a statement expressing respect for the decision of the Ministry of Commerce and stressed that confidence in the Chinese market. Huiyuan also issued a statement which said that respect for the Ministry of Commerce approval. This article is to discuss the Coca-Cola's Huiyuan Group, the case of mergers.
