摘要
This paper analyzes Nida's theory of translation,also his system of priorities.The paper uses examples to illustrate the application of Nida's four priorities in the practice of English-Chinese and Chinese-English translation and concludes that we can apply the system to help the receptors of second language and source language to have the closest response.
