摘要
结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的基本精神,从教育的职能切入来探讨当前大学英语的教学改革。该文论及教育的本质内涵、人文教育的基本内容和发展趋势,剖析我国大学英语的教学现状,论述了大学英语教学回归人文教育的迫切性、优越性和可行性。
Considering the essential spirit of the Development Plan Outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020),the paper,starting with the basic educational functions,discusses the current state of College English Teaching Reform.It deals with the connotation of education,basic aspects and developing trend of humanistic education,analyzes the status quo of College English Teaching in our nation,and states the urgency,superiority and feasibility of returning humanity-based quality educcation to this course.
