鉴于我国长久以来存在的哑巴英语的问题,口语教学在英语教育中的地位日益突出,各种口语教学方法论、形形色色的口语教材也应运而生。电影是集语言文化等多个层面的艺术再现,形式活泼,内容丰富,原汁原味的英文原版电影不但可以作为学习英语文化背景知识的绝佳教材之一,也可以作为英语口语教学的有效工具。
