The paper gives a deep analysis of the nature of the theory of multiple intelligences of Harvard Gardener and points out the problems with the multi-media model of college English teaching, concluding that the construction of the teaching methods through multiple intelligences is the effective way to poster the students’ability to solve problems and develop their creative awareness.
