A Study on English Majors' English Speaking Anxiety in Job Interview

该论文采用问卷调查的方式,对英语专业学生在求职面试中的英语口语焦虑进行了研究,结果发现:被试因想不起要表达的句子而引起的焦虑值最高;男女被试求职面试英语口语焦虑不存在显著差异;被试对外界评价的在乎程度与焦虑有显著正相关;被试的自我评价英语口语水平与焦虑有一定的相关。

This paper studied English majors'oral English anxiety when they are interviewed for the job application.The results indicate that the English majors tend to forget indented sentences and get anxious,that there is no significant difference between the anxieties of male and female students and that the English majors get more anxious when they get more concerned about external evaluation.Besides,the students' oral English proficiency tend to be related to their anxiety.
