摘要
新升格本科院校的大学英语教师,在自身专业知识、教学方法、科研能力等方面与本科院校教学要求存在着差距,影响着大学英语教学质量的提高。通过对新建本科院校大学英语教师教学中表现出的不适应进行分析,以增强教师的教学调适能力。
College-English teachers in many newly-built universities do not adapt to the new situation in teaching and research, which greatly affects the improvement of the teaching quality. By analyzing the existing problems which College-English teachers in many newly-built universities are facing, the teacher's teaching adaptation ability is expected to be improved.
