摘要 Pride and Prejudice is Jane Austen's most popular novel. In Pride and Prejudice Jane Austen created a supremely spirited and attractive heroine, Elizabeth. In this paper, the author provides a new perspective-from the Quality Maxim of CP to analyze and appreciate one of Elizabeth's personalities-sense of humor.
