摘要
全球范围内电子政务不断普及,政府门户网站日益成为各国外宣的窗口。该文从传播学视角出发,阐述了政府门户网站英译的传播本质,从传播者分析,媒介分析,噪音分析和受传者分析着手,凸显影响其传播的要素,并结合政府门户网站英文版实例进行评析,试图探索政府门户网站英译的策略。
With the development of E-government,government's official web portal plays a vital role in overseas-oriented publicity.This paper begins with a brief introduction to the translation of Government's official web Portal from the perspective of communication,followed by an analysis of its features.Case study reveals that the translator should take the receptors into consideration so as to achieve better communication effect in the process.
