The rise and development of Corpus Linguistics provides a more rapid,accurate and wide range of tool in promoting English teaching and it has important practical significance.This paper puts forward the methods of the construction of EST Corpus and its application in English teaching in order to provide a new quantitative and qualitative effective research approach for English teaching.
