关于独立学院大学英语教学改革的探索性思考

目前独立学院学生的英语学习呈现出基础差、学习兴趣不高、学习态度不认真等特点。虽然独立学院大学英语教学针对这些特点做了大量的教学改革创新,如采用多媒体教学,强化基础教学,开展各种各样英语竞赛活动等教学模式,并且取得了一定进步,但独立学院大学英语教学仍有很大的改革创新的空间。因此该文将针对独立学院学生的英语学习现状和独立学院大学英语教学的现状和存在的问题,提出关于独立学院大学英语教学改革的一些探索性思考。

At present, the characteristics of Independent College students show that these students have a poor foundation, little interest and bad attitudes towards college English learning. Although Independent College English teaching has made massive teaching reform innovation in view of these characteristics by using multimedia teaching, strengthening foundation teaching and carrying out various types of English competitions, which has made certain progress. But there is still great reform innovation space for Independent College English teaching. Therefore, this paper proposes some exploring thoughts on reform of Independent College English teaching according to present situation of Independent College students'English study and presents situation and existence problems of Independent College English teaching.
