康复日记在肝硬化住院患者营养健康教育中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨康复日记疗法对肝硬化住院患者营养支持健康教育的效果。方法对2015年1月至2016年8月入院的200例肝硬化腹水患者随机分成实验组(n=100)和对照组(n=100),两组均给予消化内科肝硬化常规护理,实验组给予康复日记的书写指导及督查,干预3 w后比较两组患者营养风险筛查评分情况、营养知识知晓情况、疾病相关临床指标及营养指标的变化。结果经3 w干预后,实验组患者的营养知识知晓率、营养风险及营养指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组血常规、肝功能的实验室指标有改善(P<0.05)。结论康复日记的运用明显提升肝硬化患者营养知识知晓率,有效改善患者营养支持、促进患者康复,可作为健康教育的方法。
