摘要
采用乙酸/甲醇/水(体积比1:2:1)有机溶剂体系在索氏提取器中对水果染料染色棉织物进行剥色,由于复合溶剂体系对水果染料的亲和力比棉织物对水果染料亲和力高,所以可以将染料萃取到该复合溶剂体系中,通过测定棉织物的K/S值计算剥色率。结果表明,乙酸90%,85℃剥色10 h的效果最好,剥色率达到81.80%;剥落的染料与标准染料进行红外和紫外测试对比,确定染料结构没有被破坏。
Stripping fruit dyed cotton fabric is carried out by organic solvent system of acetic acid / methanol / water (the volume ratio 1 : 2: 1) in Soxhlet extractor. The affinity of this composite solvent system for fruit dyes is better than that of cotton fabrics for fruit dyes, so the dye can be extracted into the composite solvent system, and the stripping rate of fruit dyes on cotton fabric is calculated by measuring the K/S values. The results show that the stripping effect is the best (81.80%) when the acetic acid 90% stripping at 85℃ for 10 h. Meanwhile, the infrared and ultraviolet spectrograms of peeled dye show that the structure of the dye is not destroyed.
